This is a phenomenal beginning to what feels like a dangerously sleek paranormal ride, that is both original, and well built. Dani is sassy, determined, and masking things you have to read to believe. Michael is intelligent, empathetic, and oh so seriously good. The two together are better than a cool ice cream shake in the heat of summer.
